How do counselling sessions vary?
We all have had different experiences regardless of what activity we took part in. For example, no two people’s experience of a particular food is the same, or music or a movie. We all have something called ‘perception’ ; the ability to use our cognition and past experience to interpret the stimuli around us. What this means is that some individuals will prefer therapy in a way others won’t, even if for example both had similar types of anxiety and were treated in the same way.
